The goal of the "11th Five-Year Plan" is to narrow this gap, for the food industry to catch up with the world's advanced level, for the "sterilization pot power" to "sterilization pot power", to provide advanced technical equipment, so that imported equipment in the domestic market only play a role in picking up the slack. This requires that the annual development rate of domestic food and sterilization machinery exceeds 18%, and the output rate of new products reaches 25%.

Because the life cycle of the product is much shorter than the service life of the equipment, changing the product and the sterilizer will not replace the expensive sterilizer production line.
Three: Rapid removal of common equipment faults. The solution is entered into the computer in advance, and when the equipment has common faults, it can diagnose itself, and it can also implement remote diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Four: It is required to have automatic recognition function. On the one hand, it can realize the automatic identification of the thickness, hardness, rebound of the sterilization pot material, etc., and adjust the action amplitude through the computer feedback to the manipulator to ensure that it does not rebound; On the other hand, let a variety of different products, such as different shapes of chocolate or snacks, packed in the same box, its arrangement is regular. The product delivered by the production line is disordered, can be scanned by the probe, determine the position of the material of different shapes, and then fed back to the different manipulator, it will accurately put the item in the tray according to the exact position and direction, fast and accurate, eliminate the visual and finger fatigue of manual operation.
