The operator who uses the germicidal pot shall pass the training and examination, and shall strictly abide by the safe operation procedures and the post responsibility system; Abnormal phenomena should be dealt with in time.
Sterilizing pot is equipped with safety valve, pressure gauge, thermometer and other accessories, to keep safe, complete, sensitive and reliable. Maintenance and regular calibration should be added during use. The starting pressure of the safety valve of the equipment is equal to the design pressure, and should be kept sensitive and reliable, and should prevent arbitrary adjustment. Pressure gauge, thermometer accuracy class is 1.5, tolerance allowed within the difference is normal. Pressure gauge without lead seal shall not be used, pressure gauge indicator failure, unclear scale, dial rupture, pointer does not return to zero after pressure relief, lead seal damage, etc., should be replaced immediately. The thermometer should be regularly inspected, and should be calibrated with a standard thermometer before use, and then nucleated once a year. Where the mercury column is broken and the difference between it and the standard temperature exceeds 0.5 ° C, it should be repaired or replaced.
The germicidal pot should be inspected regularly, at least once every six months for external inspection, at least once a year for a comprehensive inspection, the preparatory work and inspection items before the inspection are carried out in accordance with the "rules" and relevant provisions, and the inspection report is filed.
In the process of use, grease and oil should be often applied to the sliding and rolling contact parts of the bevel self-locking wedge, roller, pan lug, swivel flange, etc., to ensure that the friction surface is lubricated.
When the equipment is out of service, the inside and outside surfaces of the sterilizer pot and pot lid should be cleaned. The exposed processing surface is brushed with anti-rust paint, and the safety detection and control instrument is covered and protected.
