Vacuum cooler
The vacuum precooler can be applied to quickly cool high-temperature cooked food to room temperature range (0 ℃ ≤ T=15 ℃). Its core function is pre cooling, which facilitates modified atmosphere packaging and storage in a cold storage room at 0 ℃ -5 ℃ for preservation. It mainly consists of a vacuum box, a vacuum pumping system, a cooling system, a control system, and a gold (304 stainless steel) shell. It is an important and commonly used equipment for the preservation of fruits and vegetables in food enterprises, as well as for the rapid and uniform cooling of cooked food, boxed meals, seafood, and other products.
