Performance characteristics
Full water immersion sterilization, two sterilization kettles alternately use the same batch of sterilization water to work. After the food in one kettle is processed, the high-temperature treatment water is directly injected into the other kettle to reduce the loss of treatment water and heat, which increases the production capacity by 2/3 compared to double-layer sterilization kettles.
